While visiting a former flame in an old manor in England, Rob's curmudgeonly host is found unconscious, the victim of a brutal assault. As the resident private eye, Rob is recruited to investigate, but quickly finds himself out of his depth trying to solve an old-fashioned drawing room mystery where everyone in attendance cut off from the outside world because of a raging storm is a suspect! As Rob soon discovers, all is not what it seems as the mystery deepens and the story races towards a surprising-and amusing-conclusion!
