Shotaro, Yohei and Mana set out for IC village in search of Emine. On the way they accidentally get caught up in the Robot Battle competition held by the Factory of Happiness (Factory of Fear). Meanwhile, Emine and her friends send out an investigator to look into the Factory of Fear's suspicious movements!
