The testing facility known as Safe Haven comes under attack from all directions as King Zombie leads his hordes of the undead into the city, which is also being overwhelmed by a military group attempting a take-over. At the same time, Mosaic, looking for fresh skin to cover his decaying flesh, enters the city and gets caught up in the rebellion of the patients. It's a mayhem of total chaos and death as the city is plunged into total warfare - a total slaughterhouse!
