After the surface of the planet has been ravaged during the Last War, most of the survivors fled to a giant underwater city. Those remaining on the surface adapted to the best of their abilities - mutated animals, village idiots, monsters. When a disillusioned scientist leaves the underwater city to build a secret lab, the balance of power is about to shift as he comes closer to finding the legendary mushroom Banimon.
