Romita Jr. is my favorite artist in comics, so this was a real treat. It's fun to see how he can go from Kick-Ass to something more traditional like this without skipping a beat. Best team line-up in a long time, hands down. The story revolves around the "Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow" animated movie, which is basically the Marvel equivalent to making "Batman Beyond" canon. Nice touch, that.

Two complaints story-wise. First of all, where is Ms. Marvel? If she's not on this team, what will she being outside her monthly? I'll miss seeing her and Spider-Woman work together. Secondly, the last time I saw Kang was in the Young Avengers annual way back when, where we briefly saw some sort of transition from Iron Lad to Kang. Surely Kang remembers his old teammates, right? As a YV fan I'd love to have that storyline expanded, but that's probably not what I'm going to get here.

Oh well. Still a good book and a solid subscription for me.
