I thought this was good intro/jumping on point for the Corps. Tomasi really writes Guy Gardener perfectly and I thought he nailed John Stewart as well. I loved the force of will/force of destiny thing on the GL outpost and planet Nerro. Fernando Pasarin's art is amazing (I've never seen a better Salaak) and Scott Hanna and Gabe Eltaeb were near perfect on the inks and colors. Loved it.

Thank you! :) Maybe I'll lose a few pounds in the process!

I don't see a problem with giving up food for comics. It shows you have your priorities aligned properly!

I'm considering picking up this one... I budgeted for 11 issues per month and blew that up already this month by picking up Hawk & Dove and Green Arrow (which were not on my pulls)... I've been skipping fast-food lunches to make up for it (which is a good thing I suppose)... I suppose one more issue can't hurt, right? :)

I enjoyed the BN thru BD, and the Weaponer(?) was a cool character with nice motivations. With 4 G.L. books running at once I will probably only read 2 of them or 3 at most. We shall see who the weak link is...

I like the Green Lantern stories, but sometimes the CORPS books can drag a little. I hope they bring more action to this run.
