The beginning of Justice League says "5 years ealier". These are flashback issues to sort of reintroduce the characters. Falshpoint did happen, but some people were not affected as much as others such as Batman and Green Lantern.

It might take a while for all of it to pan out, but Justice League and Action Comics take place 5 years in the past of titles like Batman, Superman, Superboy, and Green Lantern. Everything that happened in the last few years in the Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern books still happened as if Flashpoint was never there. It's a little confusing, but that's what they are going to work with. Just remember that some of the books in the new relaunch are going to be set in the past and some are set in the present.

She has been in every issue of the new 52. In some books she is hidden very well and in others she is in plain view.

Yeah, I totally saw it only after seeing your comment and going back and looking for it. It makes no sense why that person is in there! lol What other books have you seen him in?

I am so very confused by what all is happening.
I have read Action Comics, Justice League, Superboy, and several other titles of the New 52. In every case, there is a distince difference in the characters. Case in point, in JL, Batman, Green Lantern (Hal), and Superman don't even know each other. Things have changed with the events from Flashpoint.
Now, reading this issue of Green Lantern, I am not seeing any of those differences in Hal that were so evident in Justice League and I am wondering what the hell is going on. This relaunch of Green Lantern is appearently picking right up in the same place the previous volumn left off.
So can anyone tell me WHY? Why all the differences in all the other titles, and differences in Hal in those titles, and why is this NEW volumn not reflecting them?

I thought it was pretty good. Curious to where it's going so i'll see it through. I'll agree about the cover, it's a lot better than the Sinestro head shot.

I was very apprehensive about Sinestro being a green lantern after his whole stint as leader of the yellow lanterns but it's actually growing on me...

Did anyone else notice the strange character in a cloak with a red aura in this book? I have seen him in a number of other books.

Agreed. I like this cover much better than the Sinestro head shot that we got, but over all the book wasn't that bad.

Shame it doesn't actually exist. Sucks when the solicit non-spoiler cover is better than the actual cover.
