The boundaries between Earth and Rikyu have shattered, and only Takumi and his dragon Raikoo can heal the two worlds. Now Takumi is on the run from RI-IN, a shady organization with a mysterious interest in the Raikoo dragons. Pursued by sinister agents and powerful dragons alike, Takumi can't keep fighting forever. Fortunately, help is on the way: four veterans of the previous Rikyu conflict have reunited as adults to join the new battle!
