Cipher arrives in L.A. looking for a fresh start. His new roommate is a college student, a total slob and a party animal. He introduces Cipher to his circle of friends, including a young woman who catches Cipher's eye. Back in New York, Anise is worried because Siva's dyed his hair and is hitting the club scene hard. Then Siva meets a mysterious new guy who he quickly places in a familiar role.
