After last issue's shocking ending, things only get worse for Justice Theta as he is nearly killed stopping a random bank robbery. Caught up in a rapidly spiraling anti-hero media campaign focused primarily on his own recent actions, he tries to put things right as best he can while learning as much as possible about his own personal problems. Meanwhile, two relatively weak enemies plot his untimely demise.
