While Atsuma lies near death at the secret NOA hideout, Sumire and Kojomaru realize they have a common goal. Together, they return to the destroyed NOA headquarters to seek out Utsuho and find Okikurumi. But before they can continue, Sumire must confront Shiki.

Meanwhile, Yanagi and the reprogrammed Hyde hunt down Atsuma, in an attempt to get rid of him once and for all.
