A worthwhile first issue for this crossover series. I recommend buying this whether you're a fan of either the Amazing or Ultimate spider-Man. Bendis' writing makes it relevant and the ending leaves you wanting more!

I think its an Interdimensional cross over. Miles from Ultimate being transported into the mainstream Marvel universe for a crazy adventure!
