What they got right: Tony attempts to add to the DW mythos, and does a nice job. A race exists that even the Doctor believes to be a myth but isn't. Nice to know that the Time Lords, even the Doctor, doesn't know everything. A counter to the near-godlike status Russel T's given him on the show. Will Matthew become the next Turlough, the next Adric, or his own man? Only time will tell.
What they got wrong: The art is fantastic as always, but there is one panel that is just a cropped version of the splash on the next page.
Recommendation: If you have to ask by now, you haven't been reading my reviews, as I've been recommending every issue of the ongoing since it first came out. This issue is no different.
