The story moves along at a nice pace. The art fits the setting and the characters and also looks great. If you haven't been reading this title or any Wildstorm Universe book this is the issue to begin. You will be introduced to the characters and their situation without feeling lectured to. There is a significant amount of action to propel the story and keep you entertained. A major event is about to take place within the Wildstorm Universe so now is an excellent time to dive in before things really take off and this issue will do a good job at transitioning anyone into this world.
