A step up from the last issue (easily the worst Bats related book I have read in a while), but not enough to keep me interested in the arc. The book just pales compared to what Grant Morrison is doing right now with Batman and Robin, I'm really not particularly interested in what happens next.
Did he wrap-up whatever was going on with Scarecrow? I'm not even paying attention anymore.
