This has been probably my favorite new series in awhile. I had never read any Superman comics, except for old ones from the 50's and 60's, but thought that this was a good jumping-on point and boy, was I right.

Greg Rucka is one of my favorite writers, but I think that his superhero stuff sometimes just misses the mark...thank goodness, then, for James Robinson. The two obviously work incredibly-well together. Rucka pushes Robinson's plots, compensating for his tendency to get overly...
