Excellent customer service, great store layout, and the employees are extremely friendly. I've been going to Mayhem for years for multiple cards games and have just recently started to get into comics. I started a Comixology account and within minutes I was contacted by Jeremy, who was very helpful in getting my pull list together. They've definitely won me over.

Poor communication with customers. Only one person knows how to lookup the comixology stuff. Now they say I need to have a min of 10 subs. So does Midtown in NY I guess I will be spending my monthly comic book allowance ($350) there
