I'm hesistant to give this one a bag or burn at this point. I've always been a fan of Barbara as Oracle, and I think the issue did a good job of showing us Barbara's life after the Birds of Prey. I'm not a fan of returning Barbara to the Batgirl mantle, and it feels like this maybe where the story is going. I think Barbara is infinitely more interesting as Oracle, but it seems like her days as the information broker for the DCU may be numbered....
