Joe Ferrara, occasional "It Came out on Wednesday" guest host and proprietor of Atlantis Fantasyworld in Santa Cruz, California, joins us this week to talk about his 30-odd years as a comics retailer; the secret of his success; and about his work facilitating the annual Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award.

As a fellow comic book retailer, I'm enjoying the interviews with other retailers. I've been able to take something away from each one so far to apply in my store. Keep up the great work!
