Looks like the new Batman and Robin book will be by Morrison and Quitely. There are images of some of art at the ign link below. It's pretty obvious who Robin will be.

I like Robin's new suit. I like Tim's suit, but adding the green back for Robin IV was a good decision.
Yeah, I like it too. I'm not a huge fan of Damian, but maybe he'll have the chance to be a better person. I'm guessing that's Dick Grayson under the Batman cowl. Hopefully he'll be a good influence.
But what's up with his cape? Is he wearing two? Is it one but layered? That seems odd to me.
Either way, I'm looking forward to this.
dick and damian? im 99.3 percent sure of it. it might just be a teaser like the battle for the cowl nightwing/batman variant.
Tim's cape is still the best Robin cape, and I agree with Bioarky about the black layer. I'm also not into the green mountain climbing boots. They don't look good for the martial arts fighting styles the Bat crew uses (and wasn't Damian trained by the League of Assassins?). The rest of the outfit's not bad (not sure what I think about the "R" and buckle symbol), and the belt actually LOOKS like a utility belt.
Speaking of which: love the new Bat Utility Belt, especially the buckle!
