Marvel announced they'd be selling motion comics on iTunes soon. I've seen a lot of press that makes it sound like Marvel is the first to try this, but DC did it for Watchmen.
If its less than $3.99, sure. Overpricing and bad bargains are the worst complaint I've had for them. This is intriguing to say the least. I have a dinky ipod, so hopefully it should have the intended effect on me.
i will definitely check them out. i've been the anticipating spider-woman in print form for years, and i'm constantly messing around with my iphone. so, there's a good chance i'll enjoy it. are these motion comics additional material, or a panel by panel recreation of the paper issues?
the watchmen motion comics were really enjoyable, they really strike a nostalgic cord with me. motion comics remind me of the maxx animated show on mtv, and even earlier that show on pbs where the narrator spoke all he voices of the characters while an artist drew the story in pastels.
I'm a little resistant to changing as of yet, so I'm not really looking forward to it that much, and just want to read the print issues of Spider-Woman. Definitely though Marvel, one way to convince me is for it not to be 3.99!!
a friend of mine once said "digital radios are becoming so advanced, that soon we'll be able to SEE it as well as HEAR it!" if it ain't on paper it ain't comics!...........still going to check out spiderwoman though, because she's 'bang tidy'!
