It's that time of year again! Hollywood comes to Framingham! Movies, Super Heroes, Music & Wrestling and Intergalactic Mayhem come together in Framingham at the Super Megafest, New England's premiere Celebrity Pop Culture Fan Fest!
This year's event will feature Hollywood icons & celebrities, rock and roll, science fiction and wrestling legends. 2) Daledo's Comic Book Reviews - No one loves you like DALE loves you!
Daledo's Comic Book Review #282 - Modern Warfare 2
If you're reading this right now, you probably haven't seen or heard from somebody since Modern Warfare 2 has come out. Experts are saying that the new Call of Duty will be the largest entertainment launch ever, beating out Grand Theft Auto IV. This game has seen the most preorders ever for a video game. I know that as soon as I get me hands on my copy that every free moment that I have will go to this game. Hopefully the game lives up to the hype, and I'm sure I'll be killing one of you guys in the very near future.

On to the reviews:
Captain America: Reborn #4 by Ed Brubaker, Bryan Hitch and Butch Guice
The Lowdown: I'll be the first to admit that I've been a little disappointed with Captain America: Reborn to this point. I'm sure that it doesn't help that Captain America is my favorite character and that how they decided to bring him back was a joke. There are thing about what's happened in Captain America that I like and don't like. I like how they brought Bucky back and made him the Winter Soldier. I thought the Winter Soldier was one of the coolest characters. I obviously didn't like the fact that they killed Steve. The fact that they made Bucky the new Captain America had pluses and minuses for me. I thought that they should of made Bucky the new Cap, but I also hate to see his Winter Soldier persona disappear. The thing that I've disliked the most though is having Captain America dislodged in time, there for the taking for when the Red Skull finally got his act together and replace the machine that Sharon Carter wrecked the first time.
What Happens: The Red Skull makes a trip to Latveria to meet with Dr. Doom and try to get his plans in place to bring back Steve Rogers and some good guys finally make some headway to figuring out what actually happened to Steve Rogers.
Should You Buy It?: Even though the book has been very hokey at parts, this is a book that you should have been reading all along. It's hard to say no to a book that has such creative talent like Ed Brubaker and Bryan Hitch on it. The book is supposed to be a big event book for Marvel, and with the ending of this particular issue, it looks like things are going to pick up. So much so in fact, that Marvel added a sixth issue, which has been solicited for the month of January. The events in this issue were really cool, and for once, I'm excited to read the next issue of this mini-series. This book gets the Daledo Seal of Approval.
Deadpool Team-Up #899 by Fred Van Lente and Talajic
The Lowdown: Deadpool is pretty popular nowadays, and just like any other Marvel character, Marvel likes to stick them in as many books as possible, to of course, sell more books. So not only is Deadpool is a bunch of different books of late (Amazing Spider-Man, Hulk), but Deadpool Team-Up also marks his third ongoing title. That fact doesn't escape Deadpool himself, because he makes a crack about it in this first issue. Oh, and this is the first issue of this series. The count will work down instead of going up, which is I'm sure a slam at DC to say that they had a book hit 900 issues before they did. So in every issue, Deadpool will naturally team-up with someone, and it looks to provide team-ups that we wouldn't normally see with Deadpool. So hopefully this book provides some laughs.
What Happens: Deadpool teams up with Hercules after somehow making his way into a labyrinth after following images that he saw in a dream.
Should You Buy It?: Any Deadpool book should be funny, and this one had it's moments. Wade fought with the voices in his head, as he always does, and this time, physically. There was even a crack about a famous internet video and comparing it to what the ancient Greeks and calling the video "Veggie-Tales." It's clear to me that Marvel is just trying to cash in, and who can blame them, but it's also clear to me that this book isn't going to be nearly on par with the other two Deadpool ongoings. I would suggest this book to only the hardcore Deadpool fans. It still gets the Daledo Seal of Approval.

COHEED AND CAMBRIA JETPACK COMICS EXLUSIVE SET- Jetpack Comics has teamed with Boom Studios, Evil Ink Publishing and Coheed and Cambria front man, Claudio Sanchez, to produce a set of Jetpack Comics exclusives for his new comic series, KILL AUDIO. Kill Audio (C L A U D I O) started as a web comic and then had a short story in Image Comics POP-GUN Anthology, vol 2. The series will be 8 issues long, with each issue having a Jetpack Comics exclusive cover, limited to only 1000 copies! Now many of you know the history of the Coheed and Cambria comics, including their insane value. I believe that the Jetpack Exclusives will be some of the rarest Coheed books produced to date!
